[CapoCaccia - announce] Call for Papers: ESANN2023 Special Session on Efficient Learning in Spiking Neural Networks

Dear CapoCaccia folk,

I am pleased to announce, and want to encourage all to consider submitting
to, a Special Session on Efficient Learning in Spiking Neural Networks to
be held at ESANN 2023 in Bruges. The Session will look at all aspects of
spiking learning, with a particular focus on new or emerging learning
methods, technologies, or hardware that start to move towards the
efficiency and effectiveness seen in 'traditional' (non-spiking) neural
network learning rules.

Deadline for submissions is 2 May 2023
Decisions to be announced 16 June 2023
ESANN2023 will take place 4-5 October 2023

I am currently working in hybrid mode. Most meetings should be scheduled
in-person at my office in E1.06 if possible; however, I am also open to
