[CapoCaccia - announce] Graduate course on Fast and Flexible Decision Making

Dear neuromorphs,

Together with Anastasia Bizyaeva, Cornell University, we are organizing
a 1-week long graduate course on Fast and Flexible Multi-Agent Decision
Making as part of the European Embedded Control Institute
<http://www.eeci-igsc.eu/> (EECI) International Graduate School on Control.

The course will be given in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
Department (Montefiore Institute) of the University of Liege on *May 19-23,
2025*. In the course we will explore the theory and application of
multistability, bifurcation, and excitability for fast and flexible
autonomous decision-making in uncertain and dynamic environments. This
course is a great opportunity for graduate students with an interest in
nonlinear systems, bio-inspired and neuromorphic control, and autonomy!
