The Telluride Neuromorphic 2021 Workshop Organizers are soliciting topic 
area proposals for the 2021 Telluride Neuromorphic Cognition Engineering

17.12.2020: Proposer's Day (5pm CET (9am USA Mountain Time).
We will answer questions from prospective proposers about the topic area
